Rhubarb Ginger Gin recipe



Refreshing!  A nice little elixer you can make with 4 simple ingredients that makes a great sipping cocktail.  Sip as is over ice or top with some prosseco.  Yum!

340 g rhubarb stalks cut into 2" lengths
140 g sugar
270 ml gin
2 slices ginger
Combine all ingredients in a jar.  Cover and shake well.  Shake 1-2 times a day for 2-3 weeks.  Keep stored in a dark space during this time.  Strain, squeeze out any remaining gin in the rhubarb.  You are now ready to drink it!
