8 oz. dried rotini
3 Italian sausage links, cut into slices
1/2 c. Chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 green pepper, diced
2 T. Italian seasoning
1 15 oz. can tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
2 c. Vegetable broth
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Put sausage, onion, garlic and peppers into a Dutch oven or very large skillet. Cook until the meat is thoroughly cooked. Add in tomatoes, tomato paste, seasoning, broth and rotini. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cheeses.
