This pizza can be made with multiple kinds of toppings. This one has a nice creamy garlic sauce with vegetable toppings. At the end of the post I will share other toppings you might like to try. How about hosting a flatbread pizza party and let your guests choose their toppings?
For the crust:
Makes 2 8" x 10" flatbreads
1 c. warm water
1 T. yeast
1 t. salt
3 T. olive oil
2 1/2- 3 c. flour
Whisk water and yeast then whisk in salt and olive oil. Stir in about 2 c. flour. Add additional flour until dough is not so sticky and can be handled. Knead until smooth. Form into a ball and place in a warm spot for one hour. Roll dough out into 2 - 8" x 10" flatbreads. It should be fairly thin. Place on a baking sheet that has been covered in parchment paper.
For the sauce;
1/2 c. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Melt butter add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds Stir in crea, bring to a boil. Cook simmering for about 3 minutes until it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread sauce onto flatbreads.
Toppings:
1-2 zucchini, thinly sliced
6 oz. spinach, swiss chard or arugula
1/2 c. sliced onion
4 oz. feta cheese
4 oz. Parmesan cheese
4 oz. cooked prosciutto (optional)
Place toppings on top of sauce. Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes. Cut into strips.

Greek: olive oil, vegetables, olives, feta cheese, tzatsiki
Prosciutto, arugula, parmesan and sun dried tomatoes
California: bacon, avocado, Pepper Jack cheese, ranch dressing
Caprese: fresh mozzarella, basil and sliced tomatoes
