- 12 ounces blueberries (about 1/2 pint)
- 6 to 8 tablespoons sugar (depending on the sweetness of the blueberries)
- 3 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Mix all ingredients and pour into ramekin. Top with topping and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
TOPPING Mix together:
- 6 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons butter , softened
