Greek Shrimp

1# raw shrimp
4 cloves, garlic, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 large tomato, diced
1 c. feta
1/2 c. white wine
1T. oil
1/4 c. basil, chopped
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. mint, chooped
1 t. oregano
dash oh hot sauce
Heat oil, add shrimp, cooking untik pink.  Remove from pa,  Add garlic, green onion and tomatoes and cook about 5 minutes until tomatoes break down.  Add wine, herbs and feta.  Return shrimp to pan and cook until feta melts.  Serve in a bowl with a slic of toasted crusty bread.
