Today I had a garden workshop to go to, so last night I made some pulled pork and then today left these beans in the crockpot. Dinner ready when I got home!
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can white beans, drained
1 can pineapple
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. molasses
2 T. white vinegar
1 T. worchestershire sauce
2 T. yellow mustard
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 6 oz. can pineapple juice
1 c. chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low 8-10 hours. Saute 4 bacon strips and stir in.
