Country Steak with Mushrooms and Seasoned Potatoes

Country Steak

2 cubed steaks
2 T. flour
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 T. ketchup
1 t. Worchestershire sauce
3 T. red wine
3/4 c. beef broth
2 T. olive oil

Heat oil in skillet.  Add steaks and cook 34-4 minutes on each side.  Add mushrooms and saute for about 5 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients and saute until stock is reduced.

Seasoned Potatoes

6 small red potatoes, quartered
3 T. olive oil
1 T. seasoned salt

Toss potatoes with olive oil and salt.  Bake 40 minutes at 400.
