This is certainly no great cooking feat. But if you have children around for the holidays it is always fun to make and enjoyed by all. A guaranteed hit! I used to make it every year with my kindergarten class. If you want it to be Rudolph just give it a red nose!
For one sandwich:
1 slice of bread
enough peanut butter to cover the bread
4 pretzel sticks for each half
3 M&M's (or 2 candy eyes and a cinnamon hot)
Slice the bread in half diagonally. Place the bread on the plate with the flat cut side on top . Spread with peanut butter. Add on M&M eyes and nose. Put 4 pretzel stick on the top for antlers.
