Blueberry Oatmeal Yogurt Muffins


These are a nice healthy muffin with ingredients that you won't have to feel so guilty about.  They are easily put together.  You could always add some chopped nuts if you like.

1 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup milk
1/2 t. cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh

In a bowl combine the flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.  In another bowl combine the eggs, vanilla, honey , milk and yogurt.  Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl with the flour mixture.  MIx well.  Stir in blueberries.  In a muffin pan put cupcake papers or just spray with cooking spray.  Put batter into muffin pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
