Ham and Cheese Hashbrown Waffles

I saw this recipe on Pinterest and just had to try it.  Tonight we are having breakfast for dinner and this will be the perfect entree with a fruit salad some scrambled eggs...and maybe a blueberry muffin that I baked this morning.

20 oz. defrosted hashbrowns or refrigerated hashbrowns
8 oz. ham, diced
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. parsley
1/2 t. thyme
1/4 t. paprika

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.  Heat a waffle iron.  Spray with cooking spray.  Put 1,  c. hash brown mixture in the waffle iron and cook 4-5 minutes until brown and crispy.


  1. Are these the shredded hash browns or the cubed country ones?
