Fish Tacos with Lime Crema and Mango

These fish tacos only need 10 minutes to bake!  While that is going on mix up the crema, put some salsa and chips in a bowl and get ready to eat.  I love fish tacos..and even my sweetheart (who claims he doesn't like them) munched these right down.  The mango adds a little sweetness, and if you want some ore kick, add on some jalapeno.
For the crema:  Mix together these ingredients and set aside.
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • zest from half a lime
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Slaw:  or just used thinly sliced lettuce
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ½ green onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
Tacos:  Mix the following together, and dip in fish pieces.  Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
