Mexican Dip and a Chip


This is super easy to throw together with items you probably already have in the house.  Use it as a dip for chips, for a side salad or mix it into tacos or burritos.  It is so versatile!

1 can black beans, drained
1 c. corn (I use defrosted frozen corn)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lime, juiced
1/2 t. cumin
1/4 t. chili powder
1/2 c. chopped cilantro

Mix all ingredients together.
