Blueberry Raspberry Muffins

The berries are getting ripe in my garden!  I love adding them in to whatever baking I am doing that week.  We were headed out on a long car trip early in the morning so I made these the night before to munch in the car.  Yummy!

This recipe makes 12 muffins

2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
8 oz. yogurt
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
2 c. fresh berries

Stir together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.  In another bowl whisk together the yogurt, butter, vanilla and egg.  Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.  Stir in berries.

Using cooking spray, spray a muffin tin.  Fill cups with batter.  Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
