My sweetheart loves kahlua, so today I made a big bottle homemade just for him. This recipe makes quite a bit and is ready as soon as it cools to enjoy.
1 quart water
3 1/2 c. sugar
12 t. instant espresso
3 t. vanilla
1 fifth vodka
Bring water and sugar to boil. Stir in coffee and vanilla. Allow to cool. Add vodka. That's it! It is ready to enjoy!
