Snowflakes Cream Puffs


These are so simple to make and so delicious...perfect to put together quickly for that holiday get together where you want to bring something special.

2 sheets Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry sheets
2 c. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
1 t. vanilla

Use a snowflake shaped cookie cutter to cut out snowflakes from the sheets of puff pastry.  Place on a cookie sheet that has been covered with parchment paper.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  Cool completely.  Slice each snowflake in half.

In a mixing bowl pour whip cream and beat on high for abour 3 minutes or until stiff peaks form.  Slowly whip in sugar and vanilla.  Fill each snowflake with a spoonful of whipped cream.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar and freeze until right before serving.
