I have bought this frequently in a local supermarket's deli..but with fresh broccoli picked from the garden today it was twice as yummy.
For the dressing whisk together:
- 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Put the following ingredients in a large bowl and mix with dressing. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- 7 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 1/2 cup cashews or almonds
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. dried cranberries
