Lemon Blueberry Muffins

This muffin recipe comes from a little muffin cookbook I purchased 20 years ago at the WWU bookstore.
They have a nice lemony flavor that really compliments the blueberries.

Makes 12

2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
Mix all these ingredients together well.

1 carton of lemon yogurt
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
2 t. lemon zest
Mix these ingredients well.  Then add wet ingredients to dry.
Mix in
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Put into greased muffin pan and bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
