I got this recipe years ago out of Bon Apetite magazine. It is simple and very good.
2 c. fresh spinach
1/2 c. walnuts
1/4 c. feta or brie cheese
2 T. red onion
Combine these ingredients.
Dressing:
2 T. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
salt and pepper
