Pressure Cooker Beef Stew

It is cooling down here in the Pacific Northwest.  Today we had just enough of a sprinkling of rain to make it feel like a day for a fall dinner.  Enter beef stew!  This is the first time I have tried it in the pressure cooker..so easy and quick!

lbs. stew meat, cut into 1 inch chunks
¼ cup flour
4 medium potatoes, cut into 1 inch

1/2 small onion, quartered
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups beef stock
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
½ tsp. thyme
1 tsp. dry mustard
tsp. ground allspice
1 small can baby peas

salt & pepper to taste

Put flour in a plastic baggie with some salt and pepper.  Add stew meat and shake to coat.  Out 2 T. oil in bottom of pressure cooker and add meat.  Saute until browned.  Add onion.  Add remaining ingredients except peas.  Cook 15 minutes.  Let set 10 minutes.  Add peas.
