Rosemary Garlic Pork Loin

Pork loin's are easy to make and cook in only 35 minutes.  Leftovers can be used for some delicious Cuban sandwiches.  They can be expensive to buy, but can be picked up frequently at a reasonable price if you watch for sales.

1 pork loin
3 T. dijon mustard
3 T. rosemary
3 garlic cloves, minced

Spread mustard on pork loin.  Sprinkle with rosemary, garlic and salt and pepper.  Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
