Yummy pizza crust with delicious Greek toppings....this is a great way to have pizza and your Greek flavors too.
Pizza dough:
1 c. very warm water
1T. yeast
1T. olive oil
1 t. salt
1 t. sugar
3-4 c. flour
Whip yeast into water until it is dissolved. Whip in olive oil, sugar and salt. Stir in 2 c. flour. Add flour until it forms a slightly sticky ball. Put on a floured surface and knead until smooth. Roll out into a circle and place on pizza pan. Roll up edges for crust.
For Toppings:
3 T. garlic herb cream cheese
1 c. feta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mozzarella cheese
2 c. spinach leaves
1 c. chopped kalamata olives
1/2 c. roasted bell pepper strips
For tzakiki
1/4 cucumber, peeled and diced
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 t. each dill and oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
Put all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
Top unbaked crust with cream cheese, then tzakiki sauce. Top sauce with spinach leaves. Top spinach with all the cheeses. Top cheeses with olives and pepper strips. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
