These are simple to make and don't require a spring form pan. Great for a crowd or potluck.
4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
Combine and press into a 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
Beat together:
2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1t. vanilla
Beat until well combined then fold in:
1 container Cool Whip
Spread this mixture on top of the crust.
1 can cherry or strawberry pie filling
Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
